6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Cup egg whites
2 Cups Almond Meal (easily found at Trader Joe’s or Sprouts)
2 Tbsp Sonoran Desert Eureka Lemon Olive Oil
Clean Chicken Breasts removing excess fat. Season almond meal with salt and pepper. Dip chicken in egg whites and bread with almond meal. Pan sear chicken in EVOO until golden brown on each side, lower heat cover until cooked through.
